Locate sub decks A, B and C.  Pin them to the spacer bocks.  Transfer the frame locations to the sub decks from the reference lines on your building board.  Ensure there are any warps and the sub deck are straight. Glue the two transom parts together.  Glue together the two pieces that make up the keel.   Allow these parts to dry.

Locate each frame, and draw a reference line down the center of each frame.  Use this line to line each frame to the sub deck.   Start gluing the frames to the sub decks.  Make sure these frames are glued to the sub decks at a 90° angle.  Take your time.

Roger's Notes:  I added supports in the bow area.  This allowed me to control the warpage and maintain a straight hull.

Set the transom in place and test fit the keel into the keel cut outs in the frames.  A bit of trimming may be required.   When you are happy with the fit, glue the keel to each frame.  After the glue has set, remove the transom and then glue it in place.

Roger's Notes:  Plan on spending several evenings of work to get this far.  The parts will fit together, take your time!
